- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 8 cups Seedless Watermelon (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Prepare the sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until dissolved; let cool.
- Puree the seedless watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- Combine the watermelon puree with cooled sugar syrup and lemon juice; mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 13×9 dish and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
- Before serving, blend the frozen mixture again until light and fluffy.
