Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a muffin pan or line it with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Create a well in the dry ingredients and add water, melted non-dairy butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tins; fill halfway for thicker brownies.
- Bake for 18-25 minutes, checking for doneness at around 18 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before topping with coconut whipped cream and berries.
