Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, herbs, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper until chunky.
- Mix in olive oil, lemon juice, baking powder; adjust texture with breadcrumbs if needed.
- Shape the mixture into balls or patties and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk tahini sauce ingredients together until smooth.
- Serve warm with tahini sauce alongside.
