Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, feta cheese, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble by stacking cooked patties on a plate topped with sautéed mushrooms and drizzle with Thyme Feta Cream Sauce.
