  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, feta cheese, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
