  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 4 salmon fillets ( pounds)
  • 2 medium peaches
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Dijon mustard

  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  2. Reserve half of the marinade in the refrigerator. Marinate the salmon fillets in the remaining marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Flip the salmon and add sliced peaches; cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
