- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 2–3 large heirloom tomatoes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup assorted olives
- 1/2 cup pickled peppers
- 1/4 lb assorted sliced meats (salami, prosciutto)
- Lettuce or microgreens for base
- Dressing: Olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Italian herbs, sugar, salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place olives in a small bowl and arrange pickled peppers on one end of the platter.
- Add a bed of greens on the opposite side.
- Slice heirloom tomatoes and halve cherry tomatoes; whisk dressing together.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes in overlapping patterns; top with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add sliced onions and tuck in rolled or sliced meats.
- Slice open the burrata and drizzle dressing over all components.
