Instructions
- Arrange olives and pickled peppers on one end of a large serving platter.
- Create a bed of greens on the other side.

- Layer sliced heirloom tomatoes on the platter; add halved cherry tomatoes for color.
- Fill in gaps with sliced onions and rolled meats.
