- 1 cup Orzo Pasta

- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken pieces for about 3 minutes per side until no longer pink.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add butter, onion, and broccoli; sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add orzo pasta and toss to combine with vegetables; pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cook until orzo is tender and absorbs most of the broth.
- Stir in cheeses until melted, then add cooked chicken back to the skillet.
- Finish with lemon juice, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve.
