- 1 pound dried Radiatore pasta
- 1 pound cooked seasoned chicken breast, diced
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; drizzle with olive oil.
- 2. In an extra-large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper until smooth.
- 3. Add the cooked pasta to the dressing along with chicken, broccoli, raisins, celery, almonds, and scallions; toss to combine.
- 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
