Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl; whisk well.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes, add to marinade, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; soak wooden skewers if using.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers; grill for 16-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Warm pita bread on the grill.
- Serve by layering grilled chicken on pita with sliced veggies and tzatziki.
