- 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (or honey)
- 1/4 cup water
- Optional: juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, pour in the coconut milk.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix sugar and water. Heat until boiling, then stir until dissolved and cool slightly before combining with the coconut milk. Add lime juice if desired.
- Place in the freezer and scrape with a fork every 30 minutes for about 2 hours until fluffy.
- Serve in glasses, optionally drizzled with chocolate sauce.
