  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups cream (heavy)
  • 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine room temperature water with gelatin powder. Stir until dissolved. Add instant coffee and sugar; heat until just below boiling.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and let it cool completely in the refrigerator for 1–3 hours until set. Cut into small cubes.
  3. Dissolve additional instant coffee in hot water. In a deep container, mix jelly cubes with cream, condensed milk, and the coffee mixture; stir gently.
