- 1 sachet (24 grams) clear gulaman powder
- 6 cups water (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups cream (heavy)
- 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp hot water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine room temperature water with gelatin powder. Stir until dissolved. Add instant coffee and sugar; heat until just below boiling.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and let it cool completely in the refrigerator for 1–3 hours until set. Cut into small cubes.
- Dissolve additional instant coffee in hot water. In a deep container, mix jelly cubes with cream, condensed milk, and the coffee mixture; stir gently.
- Chill until ready to serve.
