Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside.
- Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla until just combined.
