- 12 medium button or cremini mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Clean the mushrooms, removing stems, and lightly spray them with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and crab meat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of the filling.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown; broil for the last minute if desired.
