- 6 oz package Strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 15 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional: Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the Strawberry Jello in boiling water. Stir in ice cold water and let it cool for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the jellied cranberry sauce and sour cream until smooth.
- Combine the cooled gelatin mixture with the cream mixture until well blended.
- Pour into a lightly greased nonstick Jello mold and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
- Once set, invert onto a serving plate, slice, and serve with whipped cream if desired.
