Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips about an inch wide. Toss in marinade until fully coated; let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook chicken strips on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side or bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
