Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips about one inch wide.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one combining panko breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it in eggs, then coat it with the panko mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray each tender with olive oil before baking for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy; flip halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
