Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth; stir in minced garlic.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over the top; add mixed vegetables.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes; uncover for the last 10 minutes to brown.
