- 36 Oreo cookies

- 6 ounces red candy melts
- 6 ounces blue candy melts

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin in a bag.
- In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into balls and roll smooth; place on the baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted almond bark and return to the sheet to harden.
- Melt red and blue candy melts separately, then drizzle over truffles and add sprinkles.
