Ingredients
- 1 brownie recipe (enough for a 9x13 pan)
- 16 ounces cream cheese (2 packages)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (or 2 cups Cool Whip)
- 6–7 fresh strawberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions and pour into a greased jelly roll pan measuring 15 x 11 inches. Bake for 33-37 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies. Garnish with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
