Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare a baking tray with non-stick spray or parchment paper.

- Pat the chicken dry and generously coat it with the spice rub on both sides.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes; then apply BBQ sauce and return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cooked through (165°F for white meat).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
