Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and additional olive oil until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and generously spoon the tomato mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the chicken before serving.
