- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and generously grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then add the milk and oil/butter. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes without opening the oven door until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with butter or your favorite toppings.
