Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) container Baker’s dipping chocolate
- Chocolate pudding (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Melt the Baker’s chocolate using a double boiler until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Coat the inside of silicone molds with warm melted chocolate. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then freeze for 5 minutes before removing.
- Whip together heavy cream and sugar until thick, then set aside.
- Fill each chocolate cup with pudding, add berries on top, pipe cream filling, and garnish with more berries.
- Refrigerate assembled cups for about an hour before serving.
