Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.

- Pour half of the soup mixture over the potatoes; add the browned beef.
- Season with salt and pepper; layer remaining potatoes on top.
- Pour the rest of the soup mixture over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
