Instructions
- Freeze the bowl of your ice cream maker for at least 24 hours before starting.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and espresso powder until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency (about 20 minutes).
- About halfway through churning (around 10 minutes), add mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe bowl and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
