  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauces, banana ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and stir well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  6. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through until slightly charred.
  7. Serve hot.
