- 350g boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- ¾ tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- Pinch of salt
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauces, banana ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and stir well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through until slightly charred.
- Serve hot.
