Instructions
- Puree blackberries in a blender; strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- Combine blackberry liquid with lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until reduced by half (about 5 minutes). Chill for two hours.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold in cooled blackberry puree and then mix with remaining whipped cream for swirls.
- Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container; freeze for at least six hours or overnight before serving.
