- 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco or other Sparkling White Wine
- 1 fresh peach (for garnish)
- Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine one bag of frozen peaches, peach schnapps, half of the Prosecco, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add the remaining frozen peaches while blending until fully incorporated.
- Pour in the rest of the Prosecco and blend again until well combined.
- Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses, garnishing with fresh peach slices and mint.
