Instructions
- In a ziptop bag, combine chicken, salsa, lime juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grates.
- Toss sliced bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a grill basket.
- Grill marinated chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Grill peppers alongside the chicken until tender.
- Serve chicken topped with additional salsa, diced mango, and pineapple; garnish with cilantro.
