- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Instructions
- Grill the salmon fillets seasoned with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, sliced hard-boiled eggs, diced tomatoes, diced avocados, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced green onions.
- Chop the grilled salmon into pieces and add to the salad.
- Blend dressing ingredients until smooth: mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, milk, agave syrup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the cilantro lime ranch dressing over the salad and serve chilled.
