Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and butter; simmer until smooth.
- Mix feta cheese with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, oregano, and olive oil until creamy.
- Pour half of the hot honey sauce over the chicken and bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
- Top with feta sauce and drizzle remaining hot honey before serving.
