- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup coconut water

- 1 cup chopped orange flesh
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup orange juice

- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup full-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbsps honey
Instructions
- Blend your chosen fruits and sweeteners until smooth; leave some chunks if desired.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- To serve, run warm water over the molds briefly to loosen them before removing.
