Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
- In another bowl, whisk together key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and agar-agar until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set before slicing into squares.
