Instructions

  1. Juice the fresh pineapple to yield 2 cups of juice.
  2. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a gentle simmer and then remove from heat.
  3. Add the green tea bags and mint sprigs to the hot water, steeping for about 5 minutes.
  4. Discard the tea bags and mint, then pour the cooled tea into a pitcher.
  5. Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
  6. Add 2 additional cups of cold water, pineapple juice, and lime juice to the pitcher; mix well.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator before serving over ice, garnished with pineapple slices, lime wedges, and mint sprigs.
