Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and orange zest until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
