Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the chicken and mincing the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the diced chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Fold in fresh spinach until wilted, then mix in grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
