- 2 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water; allow to cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Mix in sour cream, then stir in melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in chopped cherries.
- Sprinkle agar-agar powder over warm water according to package instructions and add to the filling mixture; blend until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
