- 1 box brownie mix (15 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix as per package instructions. Pour half into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the brownie layer. Swirl remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the center is set but jiggly. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Remove from the pan and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
