- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust, smoothing the top evenly. Bake for 25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
