Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled completely, poke holes across the cake with a fork, drizzle with caramel sauce, and top with coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
