- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup coconut cream (heated)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- Melt the butter and let cool slightly before mixing with eggs and vanilla. Combine this mixture with the dry ingredients until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- For the ganache, heat coconut cream until steaming and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for one minute before stirring until smooth.
- Pour ganache over cooled brownies and allow to set before cutting into squares.
