- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip or non-dairy whipped topping
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to package instructions and let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
- Cut cooled brownies into squares. Layer half in a rectangular dish followed by half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight for best results.
- Serve chilled with a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top.
