- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup turkey pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- In the center of each square, place 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and 2-3 slices of turkey pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Fold over the dough squares and pinch the edges tightly to seal them.
- Place the sealed bombs on a lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
