Instructions

- Cook the ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate chopped cabbage; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
- Whisk together soy sauce and rice vinegar in a small bowl; pour over the stir fry and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
