Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Carefully incorporate half of the whipped cream, then fold in the remaining cream.
- Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
