- 1 lb cooked lobster meat
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté shallots until translucent.
- Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and mustard powder; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fold in lobster meat and half of the Parmesan cheese until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
