- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
