Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Chop garlic and have everything ready.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Add Gnocchi and Spinach: Stir in gnocchi and cook according to package instructions (around 2 minutes). Add spinach during the last minute until wilted.
- Combine Everything: Slice cooked chicken and return to the skillet along with Parmesan cheese. Stir until well-coated with sauce.
