- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds or cashews
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots or dates
- 1 tsp agar-agar powder mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruits until well combined.
- Mix the agar-agar powder with water in a separate bowl until dissolved, then stir into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for about two hours or until firm, then lift out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
